This is a newly opened Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) in Kanamachi. On the one hand, I thought it was a good idea to choose the location in Kanamachi, which is not very trendy, but on the other hand, I was concerned about the quiet Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) that resembled a yakitori restaurant. Well, the name of Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) in Kitasenju has become popular, so I guess the location doesn't matter... The store is just over 5 minutes walk from Kanamachi Station. The store is located in Shina, a residential area just past the shopping street. The shop is smaller than I expected. I don't think you need a lot of space to eat Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), but it's a fairly compact restaurant, so I think it would be better to have less baggage. As for drinks, it seemed like sake was served in wine glasses, so I decided to go with beer. The menu is either a la carte or course. You can take out the course until you stop it. This time I stopped when I brought out the green onions. Pasteurization is passable. Even if you cook the chicken thoroughly, it still retains moisture and you can really feel the juiciness of the chicken. This is a good Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) in the city, and it's very delicious. I think the salt has a lot of minerals because I get a good taste from it. Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) 's signature dish, the blood liver, is cooked through, but it's almost rare. Personally, I like medium-high heat, so it didn't suit my taste, but it was delicious. The salty heart was full of flavor, and the shiitake mushrooms were juicy and delicious. Surprisingly, there aren't many Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) restaurants that serve vegetable skewers, so I think it's unique and good. I wasn't interested in carbohydrates, so I finished with the chicken soup that came with the course. I think it's a nice store because it's quieter than in the city.
