About 8 minutes from Kanamachi Station, a quick walk from the station, a Yakitori restaurant pops up in a residential area. The restaurant just opened in December and is run by a married couple, a wonderful owner and a beautiful landlady. The owner is from Miyazaki, and the landlady is from Kanamachi. They use local chicken from Miyazaki, and the restaurant is located in Kanamachi, so I think they value both places. There are about 6 people at the counter and 2 tables for 2 people, and the seats fill up quickly, so I recommend making a reservation before you go. The menu that came out this time is as follows: - Hakimi - Hatsumoto - Seared Miyazaki chicken - Ginkgo - Duck - Chicken fillet - Seseri - Negima - Duck skin - Lanterns - Charcoal-grilled Miyazaki chicken - Tsukune - Liver - Eggplant - Sand Liver ・Liver pate ・Minced rice In conclusion, I have added one more restaurant to my favorite restaurant! The quality of the grilling is outstanding and all I can say is that every bite is delicious! The chicken fillet was perfectly cooked and still had that rare feel to it, the Hatsumoto was tender and the liver was melty, both of my favorite types of skewers. What was impressive was the duck skin! It was very plump and delicious. As you would expect from Miyazaki, the charcoal-grilled skewers were good, and the green onion and tataki were also delicious. Miyazaki chicken is scary...lol Also, the liver pate is super delicious! It's in my top 2 restaurants for delicious liver pate♪ It's a restaurant I'd like to come back to eat again next time. Thank you for the meal♪
