When I was relieved after the medical checkup, my desire for Yakiniku (Grilled meat) started to boil over, so I went to Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant for the first time in a while. Senryu-san used to eat takeaway Bento (boxed lunch) and the quality of the meat was high! This is the store that became. When I looked into it, it turned out to be a directly managed meat wholesaler. And to satisfy my Yakiniku (Grilled meat) craving, I headed to Senryu Hokima branch. The store opens at 18:00, but we arrived at 17:50 and waited in the car until opening time. When the time comes, go to the store! The inside of the store is laid out in a relaxed manner. I was shown to my seat, checked the menu, and ordered more and more items that caught my eye. First, they bring you three types of sauce: ``soy sauce, salted lemon, and a little spicy'' and beef tallow. It seems that rubbing the grill with beef tallow before grilling the meat will prevent the meat from sticking to the grill when grilling.・Senryu platter 5,380 yen An assortment of thinly sliced Wagyu beef sirloin, Wagyu misoji, special Wagyu beef short ribs, special Wagyu beef fillet, and Wagyu zabuton. First, let's grill the ribs. The sashimi is nicely packed in. When grilling, the fat drips to the bottom and flames rise. This seems quite promising. Served with a slightly spicy sauce. It's delicious! When you bite into the meat, the sweet fat spreads throughout your mouth. Zabuton, Misuji...I keep grilling them and eating them. Of these, my favorite was the zabuton, which had a good balance of flavor and fat.・Negi tongue salt 1,680 yen Spread tongue topped with green onions seasoned with sesame oil and salt. ``Please fold it in half and place it on the grill,'' he advises. The green onions inside were so piping hot that it made my mouth hurt (lol). Even though it was thinly sliced, it had a lot of fat, so it went well with the green onions.・Special selection Wagyu thick-sliced Steak 2,380 yen A strange switch turned on and I ordered the meat that looked like a square piece of wood that was on the menu. Grill thoroughly on all sides and serve with salt. Because it is thick, the center part is half-cooked, which is delicious! I asked for 50 yen for wasabi as an additional seasoning. The meat had plenty of fat, so even with lots of wasabi on it, it didn't taste spicy. The fat in the meat is terrible.・Vegetable soup 450 yen The light soup with the rich meat is comforting. I made the right choice with vegetable soup.・Cholegi salad 580 yen Cholegi salad is delicious, isn't it? I always order this when I go to Yakiniku (Grilled meat).・Oolong tea 290 yen It comes in a large glass, so it's a satisfying drink. At this point, I started to feel sick to my stomach, so I stopped eating meat. My husband ordered two additional meat dishes.・Wagyu Beef Kalbi 1,180 yen ・Wagyu Beef Loin 1,180 yen My husband said, ``The taste is different depending on the meat. I might prefer the loin at this restaurant.'' ・Half Bibimbap 480 yen My husband ordered, and we shared a bite. He actually wanted to order the stone-grilled bibimbap, but they didn't have half, so he ordered this.・Peach sherbet 600 yen My husband ordered. My husband said, ``These peaches are amazing! The taste of peaches is amazing. They're delicious.'' I really ate them. I wasn't hungry at all until lunch the next day (lol). Considering the quality of the meat, I got the impression that the price was quite reasonable. If I ever get a craving for Yakiniku (Grilled meat) again, this will probably be my first choice.
