北綾瀬のラーメン屋さんの中で訪問できていなかったので訪問してみました。北綾瀬駅手前、環七から少し入った住宅街にお店はあり少し解りずらいかもしれませんが、駐車場があるので、車で来られる方には便利だと思います。
店内に入ると、サーフボードにメニューが書いてあり... 食べログなどを見ると、店主はサーファーとの事。店名も「波(シー)」と言うのも頷けます。
お店としては「塩」が一推しとの事ですが、食べログを見ると「味噌」の比率が高かったので... 「味噌ラーメン 800円」とランチサービスの「水餃子＋ご飯 100円」を合わせて注文。
見た感じ、なかなか濃厚そうな色のスープ... やはり、少ししょっぱめで粘度あるスープですね。ちょっと、オヤジ向きではないかなぁ... 麺は浅草 開花楼の中太麺のストレートを使用。なかなか噛みごたえのある麺です。また、チャーシューは、かなりしょっぱ目、ランチサービスの「水餃子」は、少し変わった味付けで、好き嫌いがあるかもしれません。
お会計の際に細かいお金がなく一万円札を出したのですが... 「細かいのないですか!」と聞かれ、無いから一万円出しているんですが... と思いながらも... もう少し言い方があるんではないかと感じました。
どうやら、個人的には合わないお店だったようです。
