こちらではあまり他では見無い、焦がし油揚げがトッピングされてます。
太麺がつけ麺の主流の時代かと思いますが、こちらは細麺(自分の感覚)でスープも麺に合っています。
しつこく無いのでスープ割りまで行く事をオススメします。
