つくばエクスプレス六町駅A3出口より徒歩8分程の
場所にあるこのお店を訪麺。
1245の到着で待ちはなし。
前客11、後客10。
店内はカウンター9席、テーブル4席で
カウンターの仕切りはなし。
今回はらぁめん醤油大盛900円を口頭注文。
麺が細麺と中太麺から選択でき、細麺を選択。
店員は2名での切り盛り。
10分後に着丼。
丼にこだわりがあるのか、独特の形をしていて面白い。
スープは、すっきりとした出汁の効いた醤油味で
なかなかうまい。
麺は、中細ストレートで少し柔らかめの仕上がり。大盛りにしてちょうどよい量なので、並だと少なめかも。
トッピングは、チャーシュー、半味玉、穂先メンマ、三つ葉、のり、ネギ。
地元の客が目立っていて、結構繁盛している。
塩や味噌も頂いてみたいと思う。
