仕事帰りに綾瀬にある太閤さんを初訪問。先客3名、後客2名。店内に入るとカウンター席に案内され、すぐにオーダー確認。おススメの生姜ラーメンとレモンサワーをオーダーです。生姜ラーメンは醤油、塩、味噌から選択可能で醤油を選択です。すぐにレモンサワーが提供され、待つこと数分で着丼です。
スープは豚骨がベースとなった背脂の浮いた動物白湯で、醤油がかなり強め。そこに生姜が効いており、生姜はトッピングとは別にスープ自体にも多めに入っている感じです。なので、一口目から醤油のガツンとした塩分と生姜の香りを全力で感じます。パンチがあり美味しいですが、やや単調な味わいですかね。それと生姜が最初から強すぎるので、途中からブーストアップできるようになると、より良いかと思います。麺はやや縮れた中太麺で、スープとの相性はまずまず。
具は、チャーシュー、メンマ、味玉半分、ネギ、針生姜。チャーシューは柔らかく脂身多めで柔らかく、味玉は普通ですが、デフォの750円で半分入っているのでお得感あります。メンマは少し香りが気になり、生姜はたっぷり。生姜たっぷりなので食べ終わったころには体がポカポカになります。固形物完食後、スープも7割ほど頂きお会計。
生姜のアクセントが全開なので冬にピッタリですね。どうもご馳走様でした。
