鶏豚と煮干し等の魚介の透き通った塩スープ

トッピングはクコの実、水菜、お麩
穂先メンマと味玉
チャーシューは豚と鶏の２種
以前は鶏しそチャーシューだった鶏チャーは
ノーマルとりムネになっていました
