仕事で外に出たついでに、美味しいつけ麺でも食べようと思い食べログを検索。
評価が良い同店を発見したので、いざ出陣。
この店は、塩味で有名なお店らしいです。
塩って、当たり外れがあるので、ワクワクしながら向かいます。
今日は、「特選塩つけ麺」に、「鮭のほぐしごはん」を注文です。
食べ過ぎかなと思いながら、食事が出来るのを待ちます。
最初に出てきたのは、鮭のほぐしごはん。
めっちゃ美味そう。
そして、つけ麺のスープが出てきました。
真っ白く混濁したスープです。一見すると、パイタンか豚骨にも見える様な色をしています。
そして、麺は、麺皿の上に、たくさんの具材が乗せられており、とても豪華です。
気になるお味はというと、濃厚な出汁に、まろやかな塩が溶け込んでいて、これは美味い。
麺の上に乗せてあるトロロ昆布を入れるとスープがトロッとなり、味変ができます。
これは評価が高いわけですよね！
ほぐし鮭ごはんも、程よい塩加減でご飯が進みました。
