I went to eat Okonomiyaki. When I was grilling the Hiroshima-yaki properly, the waiter came running over and yelled at me because I was half-grilled. That's not it! completely different! Of course he wasn't angry, he was laughing, but I think his eyes were probably angry. The waiter baked it halfway. I would be happy if they could do it all, but the reality is not so easy.
