17時この辺を見てみる。駅前酒場は今日はあん肝ない。大地ハッピーアワー99円。並んでるのは大松、こたに。
あまり行く機会がない大松へ。20分弱並んで店内。
周りをみて下町ハイボール恐らく308円、この辺の店の中では少し薄い感じがする。濃いのが好き。
串は40分かかると言われた。が串食べに来たので心は変わらない。
かしらとしろ辛味噌で2本ずつ。440円
もつ煮を頼むと秒で出た。煮込み440円
もつは柔らかい。モツ脂が多くて後半きつい。
たんとコブクロ塩で2本ずつ。440円
ボールおかわり308円
もつ煮食べ終わると串来るまで暇。
待ってて店内温かくウトウトしてよい気分。
かしら、この焼き加減でこの味、この値段。
シロは少し脂がついてるのがほかと違う。
串安いとか味よりもお客さんが待つの我慢強いと感心した。
手羽先が気になったがまた待たされるから注文せず。
あ、刺しの注文忘れた。次回機会あれば。

17時オープン、の少し後に1人入店
カウンター空きでそんな待たず入れた。
レモンサワー、ここのレモンサワーはペットボトルのレモン炭酸の味がして好きなほう
オープン直後は、焼きはかなり待つよと言われる。50分位待つ。オープンで先に来たテーブルのお客さんたちの焼きで注文多いから。
本当に待つので眠くなる。最近この待ってる間うとうとするのが癖になってきた。18時過ぎからは20分位で来るようになる。
あぶらは無し。
しろたれ、あぶらが付いてるしろで食べ応えある。たれがいつもより美味しくない気がする。たれに擦ったしょうがが入ってた気がする。
大松焼、はんぺん的なもの。口直しになる。
かしらとタンの辛味噌、タンが美味い。豚タンでもここまでは美味しくできるんだと感じる。
1700円少々。
