＜ギョーザについて＞
・皮は、厚めで、もっちり感は低め、ニンニクがまあまあ効いていて具沢山で、一個が大きかったです。
・正しいか不明ですが、一度焼かれた餃子を再度焼いたのかな？、と思いました。皮の食感から判断すると、焼かれてしばらく経っている感じ（具の水分を吸って？ふやけている感じ）でしたし、お店奥の厨房からではなく、お店入口側のテイクアウト販売場所から提供されましたので。
＜日替わり定食について＞
・レバニラの味付けは、濃くなく、甘めの醤油味でした。タマネギ、もやしは、シャキシャキで、レバーは薄切りでしたが、パサついておらず、美味しかったです。
・ライスは、やや柔らかめ、おみそ汁（出汁入り味噌？のような風味）は、濃さ適度、わかめは緑色で歯応えがあり、美味しかったです。
・付け合わせのマカロニサラダはマヨネーズ感は薄かったです。
