町焼肉の大御所である「スタミナ苑」さんに行ってきました。レビューは個別でしますが、その後に足りなかった/お口直しのために立ち寄ったのがこちらのお店です。
スタミナ苑さんの目の前にあり、人が並ぶほどではないものの、近隣の町中華として趣あるお店となっています。
今回注文したのは下記の通りです。
▼半チャーハンラーメン
煮干し感あるスープ。
豚ガラと魚介の合わせ出汁かと。豚の脂、動物性の脂感があまりなくアッサリしたスープに仕上がっています。
濃い味で醤油のキレあり。
七味とお酢を入れてコクと深みをプラスしたらなお美味いのでオススメです。
艶のある中太麺をご賞味あれ。
チャーハンは正直微妙でした。
素材の味しかしない、味付けは？塩少々のみでしょうか。物足りなさ半端ないです。
具材が多いのはいいことだけどももう少し味付けをして欲しいですね。口の中で飽きが来てしまい終盤きついです。
