差し入れで頂いたのでレビューします。竹ノ塚で創業４２年の鰻・和食の店みたいです。
●特上うな重弁当
実食！
こちらのうなぎは「全て活鰻国内養殖特上うなぎ」を使用し、米は新潟県魚沼産コシヒカリを使うこだわり。
関東なので蒸してから焼いてあるので鰻の身はふっくらして柔らかく香ばしく焼かれています。
特上だけあって肉厚な鰻を贅沢に１．５匹分使っています。タレは創業以来継ぎ足しの伝統の味ですが、もう少しタレをたくさん使うか、ご飯にかけるか別添が欲しいところ…。
特上の鰻は歴史を感じる美味しさでしたが、出来れば肝吸いが飲みたいのでやはりお店で食べたいですね。ごちそうさまでした。
