西新井に用事があったのでその帰りにこちら「牛繁 西新井店」に行ってきました。
店内は明るくそれなりにテーブルごとに区切られた造り。
炭火七輪で排煙ダクトが上に伸びていました。
チェーン店ということは判っていたので適当に、
・特盛牛繁サラダ
・得々盛合せ
・マルホルモン塩
・ウーロン茶
特盛牛繁サラダは頼んだときは気にせず牛繁サラダを頼んだけど見てチョット驚いたｗ
頼んだ時点では、特盛の文字が目に入っておらずチョレギサラダに韓国のりが入った奴かな？とか思ってました。
味は程よい味付けで美味しかった。
得々盛合せは、カルビ・ロース・ハラミの盛り合せで量で頼んだ感じ。
味は値段相応な普通の味ですがタレは美味しい。
マルホルモン塩は良く焼いてくださいとあったので良く焼いて食べましたがチョット味気ない感じ。
この手のお店はホルモンは避けた方がいい気がしました。
もう少し腹を満たすために
・上カルビ塩
・中ライス
上カルビ塩は塩ダレに付けてある感じであまり好みではない。タレで食べた方がよかった感じでした。
全体的に安めでチョットみんなで食べたい時には良いかな？
他のテーブルでドリンクの注文が忘れられたり、来るのが遅いのが難点。
焼肉の煙用に排煙装置があっても煙草の煙は流れてくるので煙草のダメな人は注意が必要です。
