東京の綾瀬駅前で夕食になり、駅のガード下にある日高屋にふらりと立ち寄りました。生姜焼き定食790円を注文しました。平日の19時過ぎですが、ほぼ満席で、カウンター席に案内されました。会社帰り風のスーツ姿のお客さんや、学生さん風のグループや、日高屋デートの様な2人で飲んでいるカップルなど、様々な客層です。注文してから2〜3分ほどで出てきました。マヨネーズもたっぷりのって、王道の生姜焼きで、美味しく頂きました。
