雨の日曜日、愛犬の散歩を終わらせて、美しいだけの嫁とバーミアン。美しいだけの嫁は初バーミアン。ワシも夜に行くのは初めて。
関西に住んでると、京都餃子王将や大阪王将は頻繁に使うが、バーミアンは皆無や。
一度行きたいと、前に美しいだけの嫁からリクエスト貰ってたから、自宅から一番近いバーミアンに、雨も小降りになったから、テクテク訪問。
言わずと知れた、スカイラークグループの中華ファミレスやから、リーズナブルやろうと、いつも食べてる量を食うたら、オールモスト1万円、あれっ！？結構するやん。王将より高いな！？まぁ、我々は食う量が多いから、シャーナイな。
しかし、それなら、もう少しマシな中華行くしな。エエ勉強になりました。
味は全体的にまずまず、しかし、冷やし中華はこの夏に色んな店で食べたけど、一番の味やった！トッピング具材はズッキーニ、オクラ、エビの天ぷら、半熟茹で卵、キムチ、なかなか冷やし中華に合うし酢加減が適切で最高。
逆にカレービーフンは全然アカン、SB赤缶のカレー粉の味だけで、味に深み無し、料理として成立してない、不味い。
