竹ノ塚の焼き鳥屋さん。
竹ノ塚駅から２〜3分の場所にあります。
私の地元です。両親が絶賛してたので行ってみた。
日本橋人形町の老舗「玉ひで」での
修行を経て立ち上げたお店のようですね。
日曜の18:30ごろ行き、8割ほどの埋まり。
前回はもっと早い時間に行ったのに
予約でいっぱいで入れなかったので、
運が良かったのか、とにかく入れてラッキー♪
本日いただいたのは以下です。
✔︎やわらかレバー（380円）
✔︎刺身盛り合わせ（1650円）
こちらは生肉系。
やわらかレバーは低温調理したレバーを
甘タレに絡めて生姜が乗っています。
低温調理ならトロトロなレバーが楽しめる(^^)
刺身盛り合わせは鶏のお刺身たち！
レバ刺し、ハツ刺し、砂肝刺し、とりわさ。
どれも甲乙つけ難い！美味い✨
薬味もなかなか豊富です。
ハツ刺しはネギとニンニクを醤油で、
レバ刺しは塩胡麻油で、とりわさは山葵醤油で、
そして砂肝刺は生姜と玉ねぎと塩胡麻油で。

このあたりは焼き鳥シリーズ。
生つくねは絶品。
レアなタネと軟骨の食感が心地よい。
卵がつかなかったので卵がつく
月見つくねを追加注文しました。
ハツ、レバー、ささみも程よく
レアな焼き加減が非常に好みです。
焼き鳥屋さんで餅がラインナップとして
存在するのは珍しいですね(°▽°)
✔︎下仁田ネギの炭火焼き（500円）
✔︎おでん 大根、つくね、手羽先（各100円）
✔︎焼きおにぎり（200円）
後半は逸品類を。
下仁田ネギはシンプルに塩でいただくスタイル。
唯一イケてなかったのがおでんですね。
味云々の前に温いというか冷たい…。
寒いからおでん頼んでるのにこれはナシですね。
逆に焼きおにぎりは熱々で香ばしく◎
その他、日本酒や焼酎の銘柄も豊富でした。
日本酒は良いところの地酒が10種類以上、
焼酎は森伊蔵なんかもありました。
鶏とお酒ならここは間違いないです。
