Revisit】We have added a new image. On a holiday, I had an uncontrollable craving for Yakiniku (Grilled meat), so I went to "Yakiya" which I had visited before. I ran, or rather walked, clutching a campaign postcard. Two friends and I entered the restaurant at the same time it opened at 5:00 pm. The lightly seasoned pork leg is cut into easy-to-eat pieces. The pork leg is lightly seasoned and boiled to the extent that it does not lose its chewiness. Sirloin 1,980 yen⇒990 yen (50% off in the campaign) ⇒The thickness of the sirloin is about 7 mm, and the fat and lean meat have a strong flavor as it is claimed to be Wagyu beef. The melting point is low, so I think it is a female beef. ◎Wagyu beef rib 690 yen ⇒The sashi is beautifully marbled. It was lightly seared and served with salt and pepper. Wagyu loin 690 yen ⇒The loin is indistinguishable from the rib, but when you eat it, the lean part has a distinctly different flavor. I prefer this one. Wagyu Harami: 690 yen ⇒The fatty Harami has just the right amount of elasticity, and the more you bite into it, the more the flavor and juices gush out, making it delicious. Salt and pepper go well with it. ◎Minos (minos) 390 yen ⇒These are cut into easy-to-eat pieces, but the flavor is lessened by this. The special miso sauce is not so good...salt and pepper would have been better! ◎Maltyou 390 yen ⇒This is a very tender and juicy cut into small pieces. It has a good amount of fat, and the crispy skin is very tasty. Of course, the fat is good, too. Garlic Foil Grilled 430 yen ⇒ This is a dish called "Foil Grilled" and is cooked in oil. Yakiniku (Grilled meat) It is a dish often found in restaurants, but it is similar to garlic confit made with sesame oil... or not! The meat is very tender for the price. Most of the waiters are Korean, but the conversation is smooth. This place has changed several times, starting with Red Lobster, but as a local resident, I can only hope that it will become a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant that serves good meat at a reasonable price. I ordered it even though I knew it was spicy......it is an addictive dish! On holiday, visited at 18:00 (2 people) [Dishes we had] ◎Wagyu ribs 690 yen ◎Chicken thigh 450 yen ◎Hormone 390 yen ◎Sangchu 590 yen ◎Ddeokbokki 780 yen ◎Gomtang Kuppa 830 yen ◎Kalbi Kuppa super hot 750 yen ↓↓↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ I tried with the enthusiasm of last time...but...heck! It was not spicy at all. Was it abnormal last time? Or is this time not spicy at all? I will check again after some time to see which is the real spiciness... I visited for the first time at 19:40. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful and spacious with box seats and tatami rooms. I drank two glasses of "draft beer" before the food was served, because I was hungry... The alcohol worked! As a result ... before taking a picture, we put the meat into the net ... there are several shots. Wagyu beef ribs (with sauce) - The degree of marbling is good, but it would be better to cut a little more fat from the surrounding area when preparing the meat... I was happy to see a slightly thicker slice... but! The meat is very tender and the flavor of the meat and the sweetness of the refined fat spread on the palate. I am a spicy person, so I ordered it spicier than indicated. It was served shortly after. The waiter said, "Please let me know if it is not spicy. Please let me know if it is not spicy enough and I will wait for a spicier one. I drank the soup, which was only a little spicy for me. I called the waiter and asked for a spicier one......he brought a new one in about 5 minutes (surprise). I thought they were supposed to add spiciness to the current soup. Then, the waiter said, "I was told in the kitchen that we can't do any more. When I paid the bill, the waiter asked me if my stomach was okay. I was worried about my stomach when I paid the bill and headed home. Thank you very much for the delicious food and sake.
