想い出の味！
足立区、葛飾区、墨田区、台東区に店舗があるチェーン店のお寿司屋さんです。
兄が一人暮らしをしていた家のすぐご近所さんで週末のお楽しみによくお世話になっていました。
久しぶりに近くまで行く用事があったのでふたりで懐かしの笹互さんに寄りました。
笹互さんはいろんな太巻があって母から太巻好きの遺伝子を受け継いだ私たちにはたまらないお店だったな。
空白の期間に魅力的なメニューがめちゃめちゃ増えてて迷いに迷った挙げ句、ふたりが選んだメニューは明太玉子太巻。
巻き立てを持っている間に想い出の笹互巻も追加しようか相談しましたが出てきた太巻を持つとずっしり、食べ切れなくなるところでした。
帰って晩ごはん前に待ちきれずつまみ食いしちゃいました。
硬めのごはん、寿司酢の塩梅や、ふんわりしているのに崩れない巻き方も記憶のままでうれしいな。
甘い玉子焼きとピリ辛の明太子がベストマッチであっという間に半分食べてしまった…。
笹互巻買いに早く再訪します！

笹互さんは穴子が美味しいので穴子玉子太巻をお土産に買って帰りました。
大きくてなめらかな甘い玉子焼きに穴子と胡瓜と白胡麻とマヨネーズ。
穴子玉子焼きにマヨネーズはじめてでした！
