幸楽苑さんの限定メニュー、何気に楽しませていただいております(^^)
ご当地麺シリーズが始まったとの事で足を運んでみることに。
狙いの「ワンタンメン」は4/9〜7/8までの提供との事。
意外と長いですね。
口頭でのオーダー後、待つこと暫しでソイツの登場。
先ずはスープを
独特の甘さと出汁感がありますね。
和な雰囲気を醸しております。
ツルプリな細めの麺との相性は悪くないですね。
チャーシューの形状＆食感が「ニュー○ッチ」のチャーシューメンのそれっぽいのは狙いなのでしょうか(笑)
主役であるワンタン…
正直な感想を申しますと、全く「ふわとろ」とは思えません(~_~;)
また、ワンタンの餡がイマイチと云うか、ふわとろ感の邪魔になっている気が…
餡なくて皮だけでいいかと。
