９月最初の月曜日。
仕事の都合で珍しく上野より先に足を延ばしたビール党でっす！
松戸で仕事を夕方終えてぶらり途中下車したのは常磐線の綾瀬駅。
今回は事前予約しての訪問。
八十郎商店、実は数年前から僕が好きなお店のひとつで、大手町・浅草橋・上野・・築地・新富町・船橋・綾瀬など複数店舗あって、松戸行くのが決まってすぐ予約獲ったのが『綾瀬 八十郎商店』。
浅草橋は何回か連れてって貰った事があったけど、綾瀬は初めて。
月曜19時頃、すでに店内はパンパンのパン！
どこの店舗も八十郎は大人数での利用が多いのも特徴！
宴会って感じじゃ無くて、仲間達とオシャレに飲み会！的な雰囲気。

スズキのカルパッチョはスズキの鮮度も◎
ラディッシュやあしらいでキレイに盛り付けられてるのも嬉しい♬
ゴルゴンゾーラのポテサラ、セロリとアーモンドがめっちゃ相性良くてこれはずっと食べれる♬
22ヶ月熟成ハモンセラーノ、2人でこの量はめっちゃ多い！これだけでまたワイン進んでまう
たっぷりパルミジャーノのポテトフライは細めの食べやすいポテトフライの上に豪快にパルミジャーノを。
海老と九条ネギのアヒージョ、野菜好きがとても好きな九条ネギ。
海老のアヒージョの上にこれまた豪快に生の九条ネギをどっさりと。
あざっす！
メインは牛スネ肉の赤ワイン煮込み。
時間掛けてじっくり煮込んだ牛スネ肉はもうホロホロってやつで、口の中でゆっくり溶けていく感じがたまらなく美味しい♬
シラスのペペロンチーノ、アクセントでレモンがとても良き仕事してくれている。
やっぱりココもシラスは豪快にどっさり♬
2h飲み放題でこの料理内容、とてもコスパ高い！！◎
どれもしっかりしてて美味しいところが、きっと多くのお客さんを呼んでいるんだろうなー。
今度は築地行ってみようかな！
