前に伺った際に魚介と牛肉料理が素晴らしかったので、しゃぶしゃぶを頂きに二人でお邪魔しました。
黒毛和牛コースを頂きました。
● 冷凍していた期間の長さが分かるような肉の色
でしたが、美味しい肉でした。
✖︎✖︎✖︎ コースに含まれる上撰牛は獣肉臭がキツすぎて、
ひと口すら食べられませんでした。
上撰牛コースと黒毛和牛コースを迷ったら、
値段が張っても黒毛和牛コースを選ぶべき。
上撰牛、かなり酷すぎました。
このお店では牛肉は黒毛和牛、それ以外は魚介を頼むべきですね。。。
