調子に乗って黄金つけめん大盛り(980円)を注文。グツグツのつけ汁が、今日も大変美味しかったです。
先日、亀有のつけ麺 道さんにお伺いした際
似た感じの家系スープだと感じたのですが、
やはり道さん美味しかったっす。
浅壱家さんがまずくなった訳では
断固決してありませんが、
スープはイーブンだとしても
道さんの、あの麺はぶっちぎりに美味しいですね。。。
完全に個人の好みの問題ですが
浅壱家さんのつけ麺が、
も少し太麺になって下さったら悔いなく死ねるな、と思いました。
黄色のスープは、無いと思っていたスープ割をして頂いたものです。
クリーミーさが増して、とても美味しかったです。
黄金の味、堪能させて頂きました！
つけ麺のスープが、鉄の容器に入ってグラグラに沸騰した状態で提供されます。
見た目熱そうですが、すぐに食べられます。
沸騰しているため、振りかけられた魚粉の匂いがとても立って
食べる前からもう美味しいです。
スープは大変濃厚で、とても美味しいです。
割りスープシステムはありませんが、
つい完飲みしてしまいます。
現状でも充分に美味しいのですが、
麺にもう少しコシがあれば何一つ言うことないです。完璧です。
僻地にある割には、
いつの時間でもお客様がいます。
魚粉濃厚つけ麺好きな方には
全力でお勧めします。

お昼時に行った為、私たちでほぼ満席でした。いつもなのかいつもは違うのか分かりませんが、私たちが行く時は高確率で店長さんしかおらず、もの凄く忙しそうです。でも、テキパキ動かれており待たされてる感は全くないです。
真夏でも食べたくなるつけ麺、本当にいつ食べても美味しいです。レモンが付いている事もあり、意外とアッサリ頂けます。
店長さんの動向を伺いながら割スープをお願いします。濃厚クリーミーになって帰って来たスープは、本当〜に美味しいです。（最初のスープがグラグラ茹った状態で提供される為、写真の器が汚くて誠に恐縮ですが、私が食い散らかしたわけではありません）
今回は初めて餃子も食べましたが、こちらも美味しい！卓上にすりおろしニンニクがあるので、プラスして食べると更に◎
