梅島！昼は希須林出身の店主が作る坦々麺！夜は「町中華で飲ろうぜ」でも紹介された町中華！
最近、坦々麺率多いなぁ... と思いながらも、本日も梅島「中華料理 虹屋(NIGIYA)」へ。
こちらのお店は「町中華で飲ろうぜ」にも出たお店で、坦々麺で有名な「希須林」出身との事。
ランチメニューは、以下のとおり。
•坦々麺(温/冷) 900円
•タンメン 850円
•味噌ラーメン 850円
•日替り定食 900円
•餃子5個 500円
•水餃子5個 550円
となれば、やはり坦々麺しかありません！1〜5辛まで辛さが選べるので、5辛でお願いし、ランチは「ライスorお粥」が無料なので、お粥をチョイス。尚、5辛以上を希望される方は、1辛増すごとに＋20円。
おおっ！見た感じ辛さそうですね！と思いきや、辛くないですね... 見かけだおしでした。花椒とかの痺れはなく、ゴマ香る濃厚クリーミータイプ、芝麻醤とのバランスとれた坦々麺ですね。希須林とは少し違った印象です。
今回は白飯ではなく、お粥でしたが... 締めの追い飯に合う坦々麺といった感じですね。また、夜は本格中華も頂けるるので、次回は夜に訪問してみたいですね。

こちらはのお店は「町中華で飲もうぜ」でも紹介されたお店で、店主は担々麺で有名な「希須林」出身。
前回、「担々麺（温）」を頂いたので、今回はは「担々麺（冷）」「大盛 100円」の5辛を注文。ライスはサービスになります。
さほど待たずに提供。「冷やし坦々麺」の丼がキンキンに冷えていて、やはり、冷たいものは冷たく、あったかい物はあったかくが基本ですね。
1番辛い5辛にしたので、見た目、辣油で真っ赤。花椒が香り美味しそうです。肉味噌、ナッツ、干しエビ、ネギ、水菜を良く混ぜてから頂きます。見た目ほど辛くなく、程よいゴマの風味と花椒の香り、バランスの良い坦々麺です。
坦々麺お決まりの追い飯を投入。最後まで美味しく頂きました。夜の中華メニューも気になるので、次回、夜に訪問したいと思います。ごちそうさまでした。
