坦々麺専門店
挽き肉の乗った辛いみそラーメンではなく、しっかり芝麻醤を使った本格坦々麺。ランチ時は坦々麺、冷たい坦々麺（数量限定）に日替わりランチタンメン、水餃子のみ、日替わりは麻婆丼でした。夜は居酒屋さんみたいな感じです。坦々麺は９００円とちょっとお高めですが、中華粥かライスがサービスとして選べる。辛さは１～５まで選べ３が普通とことで４にしてみました。さほど辛くないので５でもいけると思いました。坦々麺にはうるさい私が個人的にちょっとって思った点は、若干ですが酸味が強く感じられたところです、あと花椒が効いていた方が好みかな。でもかなり美味しい部類の坦々麺だと思いました。次回は冷やし坦々麺を食べてみたいと思います。

冷やしの季節到来とはいえ、ここは何時でも冷やしやってます。冷やしタンタン麺大盛1,050円（半ライス無料）今回は４辛にしてみました。
色は辛そうだけど食べるとそうでもないです。酸味、辛み、塩味、甘味が絶妙なバランスでごまの風味に干しエビの風味、カシューナッツの歯ごたえ、しっかり水でしめた麺と全てがいい感じに調和してます。
