ニンニクチャーハンが 有名なようですが
普通のチャーハン／¥650を注文しました。
すくなッ！
出てきたときの第一印象。
ラーメンセット系の種類が多いのも
分かります。これだけじゃ量が足りない。
まぁ、今日は「かどや」さんでラーメンを
食べて来た直後だったのでちょうどいい。
お玉の背でご飯を何度も強く押さえながら
中華鍋を高々と煽る作り方なので、パラリ
焼きメシ感が強い王道のチャーハンです。
塩味もほどよく、もう一杯 食べられそう。
そこそこ普通にうまいし、何より 少ない。
丸鶏で出汁を取った透明なスープが付いて
きます。うまいでしょ！と言われましたが
薬味のネギの臭いが強くスポイルされてた。
この店だけで お腹いっぱいになるには
ラーメンセット／¥950などをチョイスする
必要があると思います。セットでも安い (^^)
