とある休日ランチ、足立区・青井エリアで2月に開店したタパ アジアンダイニング＆バー（THAPA）へ。駐車場はありませんのでコインパ利用にて。（店員氏に会計時確認し、やはり無かったです）
先客１名後客なし。ランチメニューを確認するとインネパナンカレーとは別にタイ料理もあり、Ｆのセットはタイカレー＋ナンという珍選択?も可能。
ＡとＢのセットを合わせるとカレーは8種類・辛さは5段階、ドリンクは7種類の選択肢。ホールはオーナー?男性、厨房には２名のコックで皆さん現地の方々。店頭にクーポンチラシが配備されていますので活用。

実食！
セットはカレー2種類・ナン・ライス・チキンティッカ・サラダ・ドリンクの構成です。マトンカレー:辛口（۱۱۱）・ほうれん草チキン:中辛（۱۱）・チャイ（ホット）をチョイス。
マトンカレー:辛口（۱۱۱）は想像していたより辛さは控えめでしたが、店員さんの「カラサハダイジョブデスカ～」に『これで辛口なの?』とは言えず。。マトンは柔らかく煮込まれて美味しいです。ほうれん草チキン:中辛（۱۱）はより穏やかな辛さながらホウレン草の臭みはなく、比較的大きめなチキンが入っていました。
ナンは熱々でふんわりと柔らかくて仄かな甘さがあって美味しい。ライスはインディカ米とジャポニカ米のブレンドみたいでしたが、固めに炊かれておりカレーとのマッチングは良好。ナン・ライスのおかわり無料ですが自粛。
チキンティッカはややマサラの漬かりが浅めながら鶏モモ肉をタンドール焼きで柔らかく。サラダはそれなり。。
チャイ（ホット）はしっかりと濃さがあり、控えめながらも適度なスパイスは感じられます。
インド・ネパール料理とタイ料理が楽しめるお店ながら、食べてはいないけれどタイ料理に惹かれないのは何故だろう。(*￣ー￣) インネパカレーランチとしては十分満足出来る内容ではありました。ごちそうさまでした。
