東京ひとり旅２日目。
職場の先輩からラーメン屋の情報をもらっていたので、こちらへお邪魔した。
入ってすぐに自動券売機が！！

機械式だった！！印象良好！！
店自体はカウンター席で、コロナ禍からの残りなのか、カウンター間の距離がソーシャルディスタンス。
アクリル板スタンドを立てているところもまだまだある中、珍しく感じた。
注文したのは、「肉野菜つけ麺(1,060円)」と「肉増し(350円)」。
量はデフォルトで350gもあり、多いと感じる人用に「小盛り」の選択もあるが、機械式の自動券売機のボタン気づかず押してしまいそうなので注意。
辛さは3段階。大・中・小。今回は小(デフォルト)を選択。
麺は太めのちぢれ麺。本数でグラムを稼ぐというより、太い麺のおかげで自動的にグラムが大きくなるよう。
スープはグツグツ系。とっても熱いのでヤケドに注意ww
実際飲んでみると、見た目通りカプサイシンが効いてきて、汗が止まらないw
ただ、辛いのが強すぎて旨みがわからなくなるのが残念。
美味しいんだけど、何が美味しくしているのか。あと、全般的にオイリーではあったので、食べやすかった。
また来たいと思う。
