昼にちょいちょい利用する店
最近行ってないから行くことに。
まあ、うまいから。
昼を少しずらして入店。
肉つけを注文
ほどなくして、肉つけ到着。
うん。うまい。
しかし、以前より甘みが薄れているのような…。そのせいか麺の大盛りを頼むとスープが残らないくらいの濃厚さだったのに、近頃はスープ割りができるくらい残る。
ここ半年くらい この感じ。
作り手のせいか。味が変わったかな。。
少し残念だったけどまあまあ美味かったです。

平日昼。
久々に辛つけを食べにこちらへ。
少々味が落ちた感じがして、足が遠のいていたが、たまにはチェックがてら行ってみようという気になった。
いつものつけ麺。
少々待って提供。
まずは一口。あれ、前の味に近づいてきてるかな。
実は今回良くなかったら、テイクアウト店の方に、味が落ちたねって事を伝えに行こうか考えていた。(余計なお世話だが)
でも、今回以前の味に戻る兆しが出ていた感じがあったので少し安心した。
ここは自宅に近い昼外食の柱として勝手に頑張ってほしいと思っている店なのです。
またチェックに来よう。
