車で来店、専用駐車場がないためすぐ近くの20:00以降は1h100円のところにとめました。
寒いですが満席だった為
10分程度外で待機(券を買ってから並ぶでok)
券売機で買って注文するスタイル
着席して20分ほどで着丼
他のらーめん屋より少しだけ待つイメージでした
ただ辛いだけでなく
その絡みをマヨネーズ？や長ネギがマイルドにします
これはかなりヤミつきになりそうな塩梅が最高です
大盛りは注意が必要で400gを軽く超えてくるので注意が必要です
辛さも中辛で充分に辛いです
