新潟 長岡出身の店主が作るご当地生姜醤油中華そば |
平日11時半訪問。
先客いませんでしたが、テーブル4つ、満席になりました。
カウンター席がないので、混んだら相席と思われます。
1日がかりの阿蘭陀軒はなかなか機会がなく、
そこそこ美味しい長岡ラーメンを探します。
魚介系の濃厚そばが気になりますが、
今日は生姜醤油を楽しみにきたので、
長岡中華そば大盛、チャーシュー増し、千円にします。
グッドプライスです。
麺は丸細、そばのような喉越し、啜る感じが◎
小麦っぽさはうるさくありません。
スープはカエシの主張無く、優しい生姜醤油。生姜の風味も控えめです。
チャーシューは薄味で柔らかい、長岡ラーメンのイメージ通りのものが5枚。もう少し食べたいなぁ、この味付だといくらでもいけます。
メンマが稀に見る千切り。
サッパリ好きな方にはフィットしそう。
あえて、どこも尖らせていない感じ。
ちょっと私にはサバサバしすぎか。
次回は濃厚を試しに再訪したいです。
