足立区竹の塚にあるラーメン店。
山形出身店主が営むお店です。
TRY2019-2020新人賞煮干し部門を受賞したらしい。
夜の訪問18時でお店は空いています。
店内は懐メロが流れる。
券売機にて、
煮干しチャーシュー中華そば1100
たまごかけごはん270
たまねぎ100を注文。
スープの細かなカスタマイズも可能なようです。
ラーメンは7〜8分で提供。
スープは軽く煮干し香り、
豚など動物系の出汁と絡む。
温度は低めで猫舌仕様。
醤油が強くしっかり目に塩気のある感じ。
麺は喜多方のような中太ピロピロ麺。
やや固めの茹で上がり。
チャーシューは煮豚と胡椒鳥みたいな感じで中々美味しい。
メンマは細め。
長ネギはやや青臭く、
追加した玉ねぎは美味しい。
たまごかけごはんは庄内のつや姫との事ですが、
今ひとつ炊き具合が悪くダマが気になった。
全体的には味のしっかりした煮干しラーメンでした。
