足立区で仕事があり、竹の塚増田橋交差点近くの山形屋さんで昼食としました。
12:45の訪店で店外行列５人という状況でした。
店内の券売機て食券を購入してから行列に並ぶシステム、初めての訪店でしたので、煮干しチャーシュー1,100円をチョイスしました。
店内は十数人座れるカウンターのみですが、回転率は良く、10分ほど待って着席でしました。
周りのお客さんは、限定ラーメンを注文する方が多く、本日は濃厚イカラーメンでイカ墨系の油そばといった感じで、非常に美味しそうでした。
待つこと数分で着丼、スープは雑味のない澄んだ煮干しスープ、麺はなるほど山形酒田のけんちゃんラーメンを思い出す中太ちぢれ平麺です。
以前けんちゃんラーメンを訪店した際、ご店主から胡椒をかけるほどマイルドになると勧められた経験から胡椒たっぷり目ていただきました。
チャーシューは鳥と豚が2枚づつで、煮干しスープを邪魔しない、あっさり系のチャーシューで非常に完成度の高い一品でした。
週末は限定ラーメンが企画されているようなので、次回チャレンジしてみたいと思います。
