I thought the store name was ``Kyoyasu Sakaba'' because I could see the ``Kyoyasu'' signboard from the street, but it turned out to be ``Hongen Sakaba.'' I thought it was just Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that served lunch, but it turned out Chinese Cuisine restaurant. You won't know unless you go to the front of the store. “Hingen” is another difficult store name. It seems to be read as "ougen". The lady in the hall seems to be from China, so the people in the kitchen are probably Chinese as well. The older sister responded in a curt manner, which is common among Chinese people. I guess it's a little lonely. The lunch menu is all 600 yen. I'm not sure if I can call it "surprisingly cheap." The inside of the store is new and clean. I ordered "Sichuan style stir-fried liver". The Sichuan-style stir-fried liver that was delivered was a mountain of liver. It's amazing. The seasoning is different from the oyster sauce-based stir-fried chives, and the ketchup flavor is similar to that of sweet and sour pork. And it's quite painful. This is the taste of Sichuan-style stir-fry. When I often eat stir-fried chives at a restaurant, the main ingredient is often bean sprouts, sometimes liver, and a small amount of chives, but most of the time it's a large amount of liver. The liver has a crunchy texture and is quite delicious. But no matter how much I eat, it just doesn't go away. Thanks to this, I was able to fully replenish my iron intake, which I tend to lack.❗ I was worried about the "cheap" sign, so I avoided the store because I thought, "Even if it's very cheap," it turned out to be a nice store that I could easily use. .
