ランチパスタ大盛り！
夏休みはまだまだ続く。今日も暑い暑い中を西新井を彷徨う。チーズを売りにしている店を発見し入店。ランチはパスタやリゾットをメインに営業していた。
ワシはホタテとコーンの醤油バターパスタ。嫁はトマト系パスタとリゾットのハーフ＆ハーフをオーダー。ランチはドリンク付で1000円前後。
ワシのパスタにはフレッシュなサラダも付いていた。朝ごはん食べてないワシはパスタ大盛り。
パスタは芯が少し残るアルデンテ、所謂、ホンマのアルデンテで嫁のハーフ＆ハーフのパスタ含めソースもうまかった。このくらいの技術であれば、ディナーも楽しみや。次回はメインのチーズを食いに夜来ます！

隣りの金鶏に行ったが、満席だったので、急遽、隣りのチーズ屋さん。
少し季節的に早いが、チーズフォンデュがメインのお店やから、チーズフォンデュのシーフードをオーダーして、お肉の具材を追加で。
まずは、ノンアルコールビールを頂きました。
スタッフさんは1名でしたが、手早く美味しい。以前ランチに来てパスタも美味しかったですが、夜メニューも自分で作って素早く自分でサーブでなかなか小気味良い対応です。客の呼び込みも自身でやられてました。このご時世ならではの働き者。
チーズフォンデュで使われている素材は、フリットでもパスタでも使われており、食材ロスも少なそうでした。そんな合理的な店は、ワシ大好き。
夜もランチで出してるパスタ食べられるから、パスタで〆ました。美味しかった！
鮭のアラビアータとリゾットのハーフ＆ハーフと小海老と明太子のクリームパスタを美しいだけの嫁とシェア。金鶏が満席で気落ちしてましたが、なかなか美味かったです。
