It will arrive at the store during the day on Monday. The store is located at "Gotanno" station on the Tobu Skytree Line. Some people mistake it for Gotanda on the famous Yamanote Line, but it's Adachi Ward (^◇^;) It's about a 3-4 minute walk from the station ~ It's right in front of Adachi Elementary School, Adachi Ward. There are several coin parking lots nearby. Ramen is only open for lunch on Sundays and Mondays. It's usually Izakaya (Japanese-style bar)... When I entered the store, there were two customers ahead of me! The shop is staffed by three people: the owner, a mother, and a part-time worker. I decided to order before coming: Inaba Chinese Soy Sauce Ramen @880 Bluefin Tuna Pickled Rice Bowl (Small) @650 Orders are unusual in that you write them on a piece of paper and hand them over. The pickled rice bowl came in about 7 minutes. Just the size of a child's bowl! (◎_◎;) I take it after eating Ramen. 10 minutes later, Ramen arrived. The noodles are really beautiful and when you pick them up with chopsticks, they line up perfectly. If you eat it as is, it will have a smooth texture and will be absorbed easily. The power of Inaniwa noodles is amazing, and you can't believe they are dried noodles.The soup has a deep flavor with umami and sweetness. (What kind of flavor does it have? I looked it up and found that it uses a lot of scallops.) It uses a light amount of chicken oil for an elegant finish. The rolled chashu is so soft that it falls apart. Contains thick and short menma, spinach, and half an egg. The noodles and soup are exquisite ♫ I want to eat more ＼(^o^)／ The bluefin tuna pickled rice bowl is made up of 3 thin pieces of tuna. This feels a little lonely~ Is the taste of tuna normal? Since there isn't much tuna, there's a lot of rice left over, which makes the dish unbalanced. Satisfaction level is quite low ~ Even after eating Ramen, the umami flavor lingers for a long time. It's Ramen that I'll miss again ♫ Thank you for the meal.
