此処の店が開店した時から気になってはいたが中々訪問する機会が無く今回雑誌のクーポンもあったので訪問した
臥龍(醤油)(てもみ麺)(800円)
+味玉(無料クーポン)食べた
車をコインP(30分100円)に停めて
日曜日の10:11頃到着で先客6名
私はすぐに入店出来たが退店時の外並びは4名
スタッフさんは2名で営業、食券購入すると一人がけ用のテーブル席に案内され細麺かてもみ麺を聞かれた
テーブル席への配膳は10:24頃
スープはまずチャーシューから遠い所を飲むと醤油の香り良いスッキリした美味しさに出汁の旨味もしっかりで美味しい
チャーシュー付近のスープを飲むと脂等で円やかさがあるがあっさり
食べ進めた後半はキリッとした感じが無くなり好みではなかったが旨みが混ざり厚みのある味わいも楽しめた
てもみ麺は程よい食感の柔らかさで啜りやすく美味しかった
チャーシューは肉の硬さも残した柔らかさで噛み切りやすく味も美味しかった
味玉は割ると黄身が流れ出てくるトロトロでこれも美味しい
繊細なスープの味の変化が楽しいラーメンだった
