秋田料理屋さんとの事で
親子丼は比内地鶏だそうです
シコシコの歯応えと肉の濃くが
良いです
ご飯固めで汁だくでは無いところが
とても好みでした
割下も甘味少なめで極ちょい辛で
マイルド東北仕様で塩梅良いです
お味噌汁はそれを見越してか
薄めに仕立てられていますので
心地よいです
