ずっと行かなければとマークしていた綾瀬駅近くの『シルビア』さん。店名の横には「カフェ＆レストラン」と書いてあります。
お店はパチンコ店の二階にあります。立派な階段を上ると、これまた広い玄関前のスペース。とてもパチンコ店の二階とは思えない造りです。
自動ドアを開けると西洋の彫刻が何体も並んでいます。赤い壁にはこれまた西洋の絵画。ここはヨーロッパ？
店内が広い、広すぎます。一昔前の大手ファミリーレストランクラス。また柄の付いた赤いベルベット（表現が古いか 笑）のソファーがこれまたゴージャス。なんだか変なタイムスリップしたような感覚。
「お好きなお席へどうぞ〜」とお店のお姉さん。天井にはシャンデリアも（笑）
メニューはハンバーグ、シチュー、オムライスからパスタ、味噌ちゃんぽんまで置いてます。ケーキ類も多い。そしてお重に入った日替わり弁当。これはリーズナブルでいい！
数あるメニューの中から『本日のランチ 900円』をいただきました。嬉しいコーヒーつき。木曜日は「豚ロースの温しゃぶ、サーモンフライ、イカリングフライ」です。
「豚の冷しゃぶ」ではない「豚ロースの温しゃぶ」は少し生温かい。柔らかい豚ロースが３枚。
サーモンフライには手作りと思われるタルタルソースが付いています。これは嬉しい。サーモンフライをかじると少し生臭さが残る味。ちょっと残念。
多少古びてはいますが、こんな広々とした立派なレストラン（カフェ？）で、９００円でランチが食べられるとはいいですね。近くの綾瀬レディースたちが次々と入店してこられました。普段遣いに良さそうですね！
