デイジーのパンはなかなか美味しいのですが、今日はデザート的な物を買いに行きました。
栗が入ったシベリアと自家製チーズケーキ、フエルトを購入。
1番美味しかったのは自家製チーズケーキ。
ふわっと軽い食感ではありますがチーズの味が濃厚で、小振りなのに満足感があります。
シベリアは栗入は珍しいなと思ったのですが、スポンジが残念。卵の味もバターの味もなくややパサつき気味。フエルトはアーモンドのパリパリ感と粉糖の甘みが美味しかったです。でもやっぱりスポンジ部分が残念。
次はムース系のケーキを買ってみようかな。
