It has a beautiful char on the outside and a juicy interior that melts in your mouth. We also recommend the "Beef Tripe Demi Tomato Braised," which is made by carefully processing fresh beef tripe and simmering it for over an hour until it becomes soft and tender. It is an irresistible dish with a crumbly texture and deep flavor.

The most popular item is the handmade Hamburg, an elaborate dish made from scratch in restaurant. It is served on one plate with salad and rice. All Other dishes are also served on one plate, and the Yakiniku (Grilled meat) plate can be enjoyed with a homemade special sauce. Soft drinks are 150 yen at lunchtime.
