2023年2月5日（日）昼食。相方と。
午後村山で仕事。昼食は中央線途中下車。武蔵小金井の北口のハンバーグ屋に行ってみた。
11時17分、先客は4組くらいいたが、空席もたくさんあって、「4人掛けのお好きなテーブルにどうぞ」と言われた。とても良い案内。
ホームページによると、1973年に「レストランパーラー」という店として創業。1978に「ハンバーグレストラン葦」としてリニューアルしたという。地元のお客さんが続々とやって来て、20分くらいで満席になった。
デミグラスハンバーグ御膳（1480円）、和風ハンバーグ御膳〜2種のソース（1450円）を注文。味噌汁かコンソメスープが付くとのことで、1つずつ付けて欲しいと言った。ほかのお客さんの注文を聞いていると、2人組のお客さんの多くは僕たちと同じ注文をしていた。
やがて出てきたハンバーグは、細かい挽き肉がみしみしと詰まったハンバーグだった。和風ハンバーグは小さめのハンバーグが2個。どちらも付け合わせの野菜がたくさん。デミグラスハンバーグは味が濃くでも軽さもあるデミグラスソース。和風ハンバーグは生姜の風味のとろみのある餡。なかなかおいしかった。サラダのほかに、デミグラスハンバーグにはクリームコロッケ、和風ハンバーグには揚げ出し豆腐が付いていて、それも嬉しかった。スープや味噌汁も含めて、細部までとても丁寧な仕事。店内で減農薬野菜の販売もしている。良い店だった。
北口の駅前にちょうどバスが停車していて飛び乗って花小金井へ。乗車時間16分。このルートを使えば「途中下車」のレパートリーがまた多くなる（笑）。よし（笑）。
