久しぶりの山水さん。
タンと赤身ごちゃ盛り、どちらも美味しい。
色々な部位が入っていてそのどれもが美味しい。
豚トロも豚の臭みとか一切なし。
塩系だけじゃなくどれにもネギ盛り乗せると尚美味しい。
ただ、今回のハラミはなんていうかハラミっぽくない感じ？
ご飯もそんなに美味しく感じませんでした。
クッパはハーフで丁度。
私はここに豚トロに付いてくるごま油を入れるのが好きです。
2階席は厨房の近くの席だとズラっと並んだ店員さんが気になってしまう。
サービスは素晴らしく、気持ちの良い接客です。
