March 5, 2024, my wife's birthday. We've both been so busy these past few years that we haven't been able to celebrate our birthdays properly. So, even though it was a weekday night, I decided to go to Kokubunji Station and have a luxurious meal out. So I made a reservation and visited Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Sansui. This is a long-established high-class Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant that represents Kokubunji. My wife has been there several times for work, but this was my first time. I always pass by the store, but I thought I'd never go inside. However, he decided to join the store at the age of 49. When you first enter the store, you will be greeted by a line of staff members. The store was unexpectedly small. There is a tatami room in the back, so it seems possible to hold a banquet, but it is open rather than a private room. My husband and I sat down at a table for two and checked the menu first. Recommended items are the raw tangocha (2,180 yen (excluding tax)) and the red meat gocha (1,980 yen (excluding tax)). It seems that there are various parts of the tongue and red meat. Also, sanchu, Chinese cabbage kimchi, and small rice. For drinks, I ordered a highball and grapefruit sour. The meat arrived right away, but it looked exactly like marbled beef. Personally, I didn't think it was very voluminous, but I realized that it was just a three-dimensional presentation, and that it was actually one of the more voluminous dishes available at this restaurant. Bake it little by little. To clarify ◯ Minataro's behavior is different. In the first photo, I am expressing my gratitude for life and thinking about my wife. Ah, ah, delicious. It's definitely different. . I usually Yakiniku (Grilled meat) at Matsuya, or at home I use pork or chicken. The cow wasn't thinking. thank you. wife. By the way, the tongue was the type that I couldn't bite into unless it was grilled properly. The tongue was delicious, but the red meat platter was so delicious that I thought it would have been a good idea to order two red meat platters. However, with such delicious meat, I don't feel like putting it in a sandwich and dipping it in miso. In the end, I ended up eating only the meat, sanchu, miso, and green onions, and then the kimchi and rice separately. Also, the kimchi was really delicious. I was fed kimchi that I bought at OK every day, but it was something completely different. Skirt steak is a substitute for meat. This was also delicious. A special dinner. The restaurant had told us to wait for 2 hours, but my husband and I were so full after about 50 minutes that we excused ourselves from the restaurant. On the way home, the store clerk saw me off properly. A shop with solid hospitality. I think it is a famous restaurant that represents Kokubunji. ``If you're going to eat it anyway, it's good meat.'' It's good to have this kind of luxury at least once a year.
