My wife had been interested in this Italian Cuisine restaurant for a long time, so we went there for lunch. We went in as soon as it opened at 12 o'clock, and it was so popular that about 70% of the seats were filled in just 10 minutes. We didn't have anything in particular to order, so we ordered the standard salad, pizza, and pasta to share. This time, it was daytime and we came by car, so we refrained from drinking alcohol, but... a woman came to the table next to us, and as soon as she sat down, she said "Beer!", which made me laugh. Housewives all over the world want to go all out, don't they? At that time, the whimsical salad was brought to our table. The portion was larger than I expected, and it was big enough for two people to eat and be satisfied. The dressing was delicious, and the vegetables were really dressed. Next, the main dish of the day, pizza Margherita, was brought to us. The dough is carefully stretched so that it is as thin as paper, but it is a mixture of crispy, fragrant parts and parts with melted cheese that has accumulated like tomato sauce... delicious. The Margherita was a good choice. The last dish is Italian garlic peperoncino. It wasn't on the menu, but the staff told me about it, so I decided to order it immediately. This was also a big hit. The unique aroma of Italian garlic and the spicy chili peppers whet the appetite. This time, the menu was simple and there was no alcohol, so I went for a modest approach, but next time I would definitely like to order a main dish with alcohol. I would like to try more dishes cooked in a red-hot wood-fired oven. I look forward to coming again. Thank you for the meal. Visited 2024.2.17
