ステキなソフトクリームが食べられると聞きつけて伺いました
平日のお昼時、店内はかなりの混雑具合
とても暖かい日だったので、テラス席でいただくことに
ソフトクリームは
「無添加ジャージー牛乳」と「森のオーガニックヴィーガンコーヒー」、そしてそのミックスの3種類です
今回の目的はヴィーガンコーヒーの方でしたので、それを注文してしばし
陶器のお皿にもりもりに盛られたソフトクリームが運ばれてきました
それでは早速いただきます
まずはソフトクリームの一番美味しいところ、てっぺんのとんがりから…
スプーンですくって口へ
まずしっかり感じるのはコーヒーの苦味
一瞬ののちに豆乳の香りと味わいが追ってきます
かなり大豆の香りと味わいを感じるので、いい豆乳なんだろうなあ、と思いました
わたしは豆乳が大好きなのでとても好ましいのですが、純粋にコーヒーのソフトクリームを楽しみたい人には邪魔になるのかも？
そして後味は口の中に甘さが残るのですが、単なる白砂糖ではなさそうなコクのある甘みです。黒糖とかに近いかも
豆乳で出来たソフトクリームやアイスクリーム独特のシャリシャリした食感で、思わず噛み締めると気持ち良い
温度が低めなので少し体が冷えるかも
カフェインレスコーヒーだし、豆乳だし、とにかく体に優しそう
更に言うなら味わいも優しいので、
「自分を労ってるな…！」
って気持ちになりました
店員さんもとても親切で、胃も心も満足です
