道路から見えるお店に「釜めし」なる文字。
駐車場も広く、ランチで寄らせてもらいます。
《六左衛門》のランチ。五目釜めし1210円です。
外見同様に店内は畳が敷いてあるまさに古民家。
メニューの写真は無く、基本は各テーブルにある注文票に個数を
記載してのオーダーする仕組み。
10種類以上ある釜めしでお願いしたのは、一番人気の五目釜めし。
注文から炊き上げる釜めしは出来上がりまで20～30分掛かるそうで
つなぎとして串焼き・一品料理・お味噌汁がセットになったＡセット（1370円）
を付けて注文します。
一品料理で選んだのは、サツマ揚げ。
揚げたてのサツマ揚げは、温かく甘みがあって美味しい！
すり身の甘さが心地良く、醤油をかけずこのままいただくのがいいですね。
おろし生姜が、甘さを引き締め嬉しい薬味です。
旨いです。
次いで運ばれて来たのが「串焼き3種」。
磯辺コンニャク・しそ巻・つくねの3種で、特製のタレに浸していただきます。
しそ巻きは、鶏をしそで巻いて焼き上げた品。
ジューシーな鶏の旨味を感じます。
磯辺コンニャクは初めて味わう品。海苔の香りが良いですね！
最後に味わうのはつくね。
粗目に挽いてあって、噛むと良い食感。旨味が口一杯に広がります。
特徴の異なる３品なんで、楽しみながらいただけます。
サツマ揚げに串焼きを食べ終えたタイミングで待望の釜めしが炊き上がります。
Aセットの六左衛門汁・たくあんを従えての登場です。
釜めしの蓋を開けるタイミングは、子供の頃のおもちゃの箱を開けるのと似た感覚。
中が楽しみで仕方がありません。
五目の具材は、鶏肉・人参・タケノコ・椎茸・海老にもやしも顔を出してます。
人参の赤と三つ葉の緑が色鮮やかです。
しゃもじで良かき混ぜ、茶碗によそっていただきます。
具材の旨味が溶け出し、ほんのり薄味で美味しい釜めし。
鶏肉がしっかりとした噛み応えで、食べ応えもあります。
五目なので具沢山。食べいて楽しいです。
釜に張り付いたお米をしゃもじで綺麗に剥がしながら食べ進めます。
ゆっくり、少しずつお茶碗によそって食べるので満足感満載です。
釜めしの合間にたべる沢庵は肉厚でカリッとした食感がたまらない。
良い箸休めです。
さらに六左衛門汁はキャベツなどのお野菜が沢山入ったお味噌汁。
野菜の甘みが溶け出してます。
具沢山な1品料理です。
釜めしを含め、ゆったり1時間近くかけてのランチ。
久しぶりに畳に座っていただく食事は良いものですね。
