国分寺の地域に根強いているカレー店「すぷーん」さん。
西国分寺店は以前訪問していましたが、国分寺店はお初です！
こちらでは地域野菜を使用した野菜カレーが人気です。野菜の半数以上が地元国分寺産。その名も「こくベジ」。
「野菜カレー」の「ビーフコロッケ」トッピング1,090円を注文しまして、華やかなプレートが登場！
カレーは欧風の旨味と香りが豊かな逸品。
そして、メニューには野菜8種類との記載があるも、実際は以下の9種類がトッピングされています。(^^)
銀杏、蓮根、ブロッコリー、さつま芋、じゃが芋、人参、パプリカ、茄子、プチトマト。
ほとんどの野菜は簡単に素揚げしてあり、それぞれの野菜の美味しさを引き出していて何とも良い感じです！
