西国分寺駅近くで仕事があったため、ランチの検索をして一人でも入り易そうで評価の高いお店だと知り、カレーハウスすぷ～んへ初めてお訪ねしました。
店内は狭く、７,8席ほどのカウンター席のみで、外で少し待って入店しました。
注文は
・ソーセージカレーライス
にトッピングでたまご(半熟ゆで)です。
初めて見るライスの盛付けとルーの一部にでラテアート感の生クリームが美しく見た目でも嬉しくなってしまいます。
ソーセージも細かく切り込みが入れている美味しくいただける細部までの拘りがヒシヒシと伝わってきます。
食べれば年齢を問わず美味しいと言った欧風カレーです。
コクもあり、辛さも少々あって、甘みもある深みがあります。
途中で卓上に置かれている｢七味にんにく｣を振りかけると見事な味変！
辛さが増し、ニンニクが一層食欲を掻き立てられます。
卓上の福神漬けも汁っぽくない徹底ぶりも素晴らしいです！
コスパ良し、丁寧なカレーライスを提供している姿も感動してしまいました！
一人が退店すれば一人が入店してくる、そんな繰り返しが途絶えない人気のお店と言うのも大いに納得です。
